It's a Saltwater Show Brotha!

Y'all aren't going to believe this, but we're fishing for bass this week on one of Florida's finest lakes, Lake Okeechobee. I'm fishing with Capt. Butch Butler and we're catching largemouth bass, using DOA's new freshwater lures. Now, I know I always say, "It's a Saltwater Show Brotha!" but I've gotten so many requests from viewers over the 17 years of doing AF, that we all figured it was time to do a bass show. And, what better lake in Florida to fish than Lake O?

Tune in to Fox Sports Sun tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. (ET) for "Lake O," then on Sunday night at 9:30 p.m. and again on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. If you don't get Fox Sports Sun on your TV, catch it on our YouTube channel Mondays at 7 p.m. (ET) . . . you can always find some rod bendin' drag screamin' action online!

I just got back from Destin, FL and I have to say, I feel quite humbled and proud. I was invited for the third year in a row to be part of the Royall Rumble Cobia Tournament, put on by the fine folks at Legendary Marine, the Royall family and the Special Operations Wounded Warrior Charity. It's a cobia tournament, but it's so much more than that . . . it's a chance for wounded veterans, veterans and active duty military men and women to be recognized and celebrated for their contributions and service to our country. It's a chance for all of us to thank them for their commitments and sacrifices. It's an opportunity to do something so very small for them in comparison to what they've done for us. I love coming back up to Destin every year to be a part of this and I've made such great friends too. Check out the video of this year's event on the AF Facebook page.

I'll be heading back North to Tallahassee next week for the Rock the Dock Tournament. Did this event last year and it was such a blast that we're coming back! We kick things off on Thursday night at the Tallahassee Dick's Sporting Goods store with my seminar, lots of giveaways and big deals on tackle to get you ready to fish.
